Dear Valued and Loyal Customers of
Amuse Bouche
We are pleased to announce some exciting changes at Amuse Bouche. Our catering business has grown so dramatically over the past few months that we have decided to make some changes the way we operate the restaurant. In order to ensure the same high quality service that we pride ourselves in delivering, we will be reducing the number of evenings that we are open. The restaurant will become a special occasion location for fine dining, opening one or two weekends a month with delightful epicurean menus, designed to please the most discerning palate.
We look forward to serving you in a number of new and exciting ways –
Special events starting next weekend. On Friday 9/18 and Saturday 9/19 we will have a tasting menu celebrating California Wine Month. Reservations will be available from 5:30 to 9:30 by calling 805-583-5959.
Catering from 2 to 500 people. I will be focusing more on the catering side for now and welcome the opportunity to prepare simple, elegant dinners for you in your own home. The restaurant will also be available to private parties from 20 – 50 people. Please call us at 805-583-5959 for all your catering needs.
We are re-launching our cooking class series starting in October. Look for more information on the schedule over the next few weeks.
Once again, I want to thank you all for the opportunities you have given me to serve you and to share with you some of my ideas on fine dining. I look forward to continuing our relationship as we move forward in this new direction.
